Reimagining familiar spaces to better support the way you live.
Renovations
Reimagining your space
A renovation is an opportunity to reimagine your home’s function and appearance. Whether expanding your living space or transforming the entire home down to the studs, we have the expertise to see it through. Our renovation process is designed to enhance what you love and address limitations, creating a home that feels more like yours.
Our process
Home assessment
Our process begins by understanding how your home functions today and identifying opportunities for improvement. You know your home better than anyone, which makes your perspective essential to this process. Together, we address any limitations and define the project scope to begin imagining how your home can work for you.
Design & planning
A successful renovation feels like it was always part of your home. Building on our initial discussions, we develop a design that connects new or reimagined spaces to your current home. Then, we review the plan with you to discuss any additional considerations. The Feeney team accounts for property constraints and permitting requirements from the beginning, ensuring a clear path forward that accomplishes your goals and timeline.
Construction
Renovation construction requires care in every detail. The Feeney team carefully manages the renovation process, protecting existing spaces while maintaining an organized job site. With a proactive approach, we oversee our team’s work, coordinate trusted subtrades, and manage timelines to minimize disruption to your daily routine.
Finishing
A renovation is only complete when all the details are right. We complete final quality checks, review the finished space with you, and address any remaining items. Feeney Design Build is accountable for ensuring the final results align with the plan we agreed upon.
