The mission
Founded by Matt Feeney in 2007, Feeney Design Build grew from a passion for construction and a commitment to learning. Through decades of projects, we have earned a reputation as one of the region’s premier custom homebuilders. Our mission is to create homes defined by quality workmanship, premium materials, and an unwavering dedication to client experience.
Our values
Quality
Quality guides each decision we make. We know that a truly custom build leaves no room for shortcuts. Quality is the thread that ties everything together, building spaces that reflect our standards of excellence and craftsmanship in every detail.
Customer Focus
Every decision begins with the homeowner. By working closely with our clients throughout the process, we strive to create custom homes, renovations, and restorations that reflect your family’s vision and lifestyle.
Integrity
Integrity means doing the right thing, even in the unseen. We hold ourselves to the same standard of excellence throughout your home, because lasting quality depends on more than what meets the eye.
Teamwork
We believe the best results come from collaboration. Our passionate team is committed to your project’s success, working together to deliver excellence and provide trusted guidance throughout the entire process.
