Custom Homes
Creating your vision
Your decision to build a premium custom home is one we take seriously. Every homeowner’s vision is unique, which is why we approach each project as a partnership. By blending your ideas with our knowledge, we create custom homes in a wide range of styles, built to suit your family’s lifestyle and location.
Consultation
Our collaboration begins with understanding your story and vision. Together, we define the scope of your project and establish a clear roadmap for design and construction to create the custom home you imagined.
Design
We translate your vision into a buildable plan during the design phase. Working with you, we refine layouts, elevations, and finishes, ensuring your home reflects your goals and speaks to quality in every detail.
Construction
Construction begins with site preparation, including grading, demolition, and other necessary groundwork. From footings to finishing, our team manages trades and maintains the quality craftsmanship standards that define a Feeney custom home.
Final walkthrough
After construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail is just as envisioned. We stand behind our workmanship and remain accountable for the quality of your custom home long after move-in day.
